konS was established in 2019 as a consortium of nine partners aiming to better the conditions for the development of contemporary investigative art in Slovenia. It wants to establish systemic connections between artists, inventors and engineers and aims to build information and education systems that will empower the society for critical and creative uses of new technologies.
