The first self-sustanaible, self-sufficent, self-centered live-work-die system in existence
To all forthcoming Inductees and Illumni/ae of FTC (Future Trainarium Center – consortium between Freštreš Group™ and MFRU), or to whom it may concern,
Freštreš Group™ is preparing a high-intensity visual indoctrination event.
All guests will be inducted into the entry-level secrets of FTC, the holistic societal model we have lovingly developed within our impressive three-layered ziggurat.
On the first level of the ziggurat, known as KOwork, the inductee will be taught all the skills any possible future may require of them. No one, not even The Group™, know in what radical way the Future may turn – forward, backward, sideward, awkward – so the inductee will acquire everything from TOMorroworking skills (workplace genetic diversity enforcing, VR trip designing, AI database janitoring, etc.) to PROtowork skills (quern-stone knapping, shamanic trip endurance training, fennec breeding, etc.). Training will take place in a state-of-the-art HiveMind Workplace Simulator. The inductee will proceed along a hexagonal spiral pathway, evenly alternating between GOwork and NOwork stages.
When the inductee will have mastered the innermost KOwork skill – the noble art of FLOwork – they will proceed onto the second level of the ziggurat, the KOnzoom. Here, the happy inductee will be able to enjoy the fruits of their labor. They will embark upon the Freštreš’s angular momentum hyperzoom vehicle, which will take them to a continuous, accelerating joy ride between 8 awesome KOnzoomtainment centers, where they will be able to abandon themselves to a life of a happy KOnzoomer and KOnzoom all manner of gratifying products and unforgettable experiences. The route of the Freštreš hyperzoom vehicle describes the outlines of a near toroidal body, for, as Freštreš Group™ foretold in the Book of the Future (2014, comm. 1), »The psyche is a torus« [cf. Jacques Lacan “La science et la verité” (Écrits 855-877)].
As the hyperzoom accelerates, the G forces acting on the inductee’s cerebrum become ever greater. At some point the inductee experiences a shift in their psyche, and they are awoken on a floating island amidst a mysterious archipelago (known to us as the KOrpus Archipelago), which may or may not be located on the top layer of the ziggurat. An unknown compelling force is moving the floaties towards the centre of the archipelago, where nothingness awaits. The inductee may yearn a chance to swim to some other island of the archipelago, but even if they managed to reach it, the compelling force would still pull them in the same ultimate direction.
Reaching the centre of KOrpus confers Illumnus/aship upon the inductee.
