Dunja Rahovsky Šuligoj

Born in 2001 in Ljubljana, where she lives and works, Dunja Rahovsky Šuligoj creates primarily in the field of video and video installations. She is particularly interested in the processes of image-making that blur the boundaries between nature and technology, people and objects, and the living and the non-living. She is a second-year MA student at the Department of Video, Animation and New Media at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana, where she obtained her BA in Painting in 2024. During her studies, she spent one semester at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna as part of the Erasmus programme, and one year at the Academy of Fine Arts in Leipzig. She has taken part in several group exhibitions, including the 6th Triennial Premiera: Fields of Intimacy, Transitions and Potentials of the Media in Celje (2025), the exhibition nightless night at the Sms gallery space in Leipzig (2025) and Let Them Cook (2025) at ZDSLU.
