Purusha

“Purusha” is the Sanskrit word for ‘pure consciousness’. An artist, irrespective of whatever form of art they are creating, usually enters a meditative state. Knowingly or unknowingly. Meditation is commonly perceived as a tool to access one’s inner consciousness. With Purusha, Joondroid wants to demonstrate to the audience his personal state of consciousness in that particular moment. He believes it is an intimate and empathetic form of expression. This sound performance is realized with the help of different semi-modular and analogue synthesizers, alongside his own voice.
