Janez Strehovec
Janez Strehovec holds a PhD in philosophy and specializes in media art theory. He is a university lecturer in cultural studies and a journalist, focusing on the aesthetics of cybernetic art and social theories of computer culture. Strehovec has published several monographs, including “Form as Problem” (1985), “Texts with Errors” (1988), “The Demonic Aesthetic” (1995), “Technoculture, the Culture of Techno” (1998), and “The Art of the Internet” (2003). His scholarly work provides a theoretical foundation that supports and enriches the discourse around MFRU's intermedia art focus.
