Call for Student Intermedia Art Projects for the Student Award

30th International Festival of Computer Arts awards the exploratory, eloquent, inquisitive, discerning, radical, groundbreaking, unusual... intermedia student projects.

Apply by 30 June 2024 if you have student status, are aged 29 or under and your project is in the field of intermedia discourse. Send us:

• a short CV of the author with contact details,
• proof of student status,
• a substantial description of the artwork (up to 500 words),
• photo, video and/or other visual material representing the work,
• an optional, but desirable, portfolio with a presentation of your previous work
• a signed declaration by the artist.

MKC (Mladinski kulturni center Maribor) will award three cash prizes (2x 300€, 1x400€), and the recipients will have their work exhibited in a group show at this year's festival, which will take place from 18-27 October in Maribor. The winner will exhibit their work solo at one of MKC venues in Maribor, in November 2025. Your work will be published and promoted on the MFRU platforms.
